The build starts the relationship. The ongoing work earns it.
Your website is included in the membership. The initial build value is agreed with you in writing before your membership starts. If you later want the website transferred to you, that balance reduces by one twelfth for each qualifying paid month and reaches zero after twelve. Stopping the membership on its own does not trigger a charge, and you keep your domain and the content you supply throughout. Custom applications are quoted separately.

Is this software I need to learn?+
No. Summit is a fully managed service. AI supports our delivery process; your team handles strategy, execution and quality review.
Can I join without a sales call?+
You can create an account and start your onboarding online. Before a membership goes live we agree the scope and your initial build value with you in writing, so there is at least one short conversation. Custom or complex requirements start with a discovery call.
Can I stop the membership?+
Yes. The ongoing growth service can be stopped from your portal, without a call or a survey, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Taking the website with you is a separate decision: the agreed initial build value reduces by one twelfth for each qualifying paid month and reaches zero after twelve.
What if I already have a website?+
We review the current site during onboarding and agree whether to improve, migrate or rebuild it within the approved scope.
Are custom apps included in the membership price?+
No. Applications have a separate discovery and custom quote. Ongoing support is agreed as part of that scope.
Do you guarantee rankings or revenue?+
No. Search visibility, traffic and revenue depend on factors beyond Summit's control. We focus on clear priorities, agreed deliverables and measured improvement.
